Delete your
account.

You can ask us to permanently delete your Style Slot account and the personal information associated with it. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request using the email address registered on your Style Slot account, through either of these channels:

• The contact form on our website — select "Account deletion" (or state it in your message) and include your registered email address.
• WhatsApp at +91 73068 81214 — message us from a way we can verify it's you, and include your registered email address.

We verify the request against your registered email before proceeding, and confirm once your deletion is complete — typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Once your account deletion is processed, we permanently remove:

• Your account, profile (name, phone, address) and sign-in details.
• Your saved favourites and push-notification device registrations.
• Your in-app notifications.

What we retain: completed booking records are kept for a limited period for legitimate business, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, with your account link removed rather than the record deleted outright. If you own a salon on Style Slot, business records connected to CSV import history are retained for platform integrity and are not deleted by a personal account-deletion request — contact us for salon-account closure.

Partial deletion / specific data

If you only want certain data removed (for example, a single booking or a saved favourite) rather than closing your whole account, you can do this directly in the app, or tell us what to remove using the same contact channels above.
